feat(nvim): Build another nvim from scratch

* Neovim: Backup original LazyVim setup to .config/nvim.lazy.d
* Neovim: Currently done with basic completions and LSP
* Git: Always use ssh to connect github remote
* Zsh: Add more antidots config
